"Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety....

"An absolutely beautiful hotel close to the centre of town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. The room was well maintained, comfortable and clean. Parking was very inexpensive and very convenient. A great place overall!"

"Room was dated , walls really needed painting and water would go from hot to cold. Bed was comfortable, breakfast food and fresh. Just wish there had been more coffee in room. There were two of us and only enough coffee for one. I requested more and was told sorry. "
