"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"The hotel was ok. We drove so the distance from Florence (our intended destination ) was fine. We stayed 2 nights but they didn't clean our room or change our towels. We had to ask twice for towels. The wifi was unusable. The beds were comfortable."

"We really enjoyed this hotel! The owner was very sweet and hard working. The beds were a bit hard, but nothing too uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Neighborhood seems up-and-coming but we only stated one night so have a limited view. The hotel is clean and we would go again for the value."

"It was really happy for my stay. the guy, Mr. Andrea, who is very kind and helpful, had offered all the best service for me so I feel really comfortable during stay. The room was super clean and of course the bathroom was also nice and clean. For me the cleaness is most important matter so I was happy with them. Despite rainy and cold days heating didn't work and for the heater brought by landlord he charged extra fee for electricity (10€ per day!). Rooms not been cleaned a single time in one week, for change of towels we had to ask. Finally landlord said he never received 30% of prepayment (which we advised but didn't have papers at hand as we trusted and thought confirmation of booking would be proof...
