"I love the citizen m for the very comfortable beds. The staff were attentive. My room albeit clean and tidy and comfortable wasn’t ideal as I had a very rare night away from the kids. Was looking to relax with Netflix however the media system didn’t allow the cast, the radio wasn’t working ?weather related. Plug sockets were very lose so I had to hold my appliances in to do my hair and charge my phone. The sink was also blocked - not sure what with but it did look like there was debris. Staff...

"Excellent stay, really nice hotel with nice staff. only small issue was that the self-service breakfast area is quite small and staff didn't always keep a regular check on items stock e.g. no bread for toast, no glasses for juice...."

"The colleagues are helpful, courteous and friendly. The food both in the evening and at breakfast was good. Plenty of onsite parking. Good size comfy room. Improvements 1. Ensure all the lifts are operational as there were long waits and queues to use the one small lift that was working. 2. Update the aircon controls in the room to a more modern type. Other than that it was a comfortable stay. Will stay again. "
