"I booked this hotel for my parents. The hotel staff told them that there would be no water from 9pm - 1:30am. My parents thought it was okay and they checked in. After that they noticed that there was already no water then around 5:30. They decided to switch to another hotel because of this. They check out without touching any piece in the room but the hotel refused to refund. "

"Beautiful peaceful location although a little far from town , with fantastic helpful staff .The rooms were modern and comfortable - especially liked the design of the waterfall shower .Restaurants were a little deserted in the evening . Breakfast was asian and delicious plentiful .Hotel arranged a taxi to take me directly from the airport."
