Experienced  in all my travels The Classic  Luxury style and  the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly  befits the Ritz Carlton brand as seen In the photos ,  but it is the staff that have made my 8 day stay  so memorable.Each mender of the team that  I  have  met was  friendly, welcoming and no request was  to difficult In particular want to  mention  the outstanding  service offered  by the  Club lounge team   Hasnain , Stanley , Joy and Jess .  They went way and above their duty to ensure  that my Vegetarian dietary  need where Also want to mentionThe Concierge team. Carter , Rachael  and Robert  for also providing and exceptional  service that always went above and beyond there duty to help me with my requests Finally i would like to mention Zoey ( quality assurance manager  ) who was always   Joy to chat with and also. "great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). I also want to give a special shoutout to Miki. you can visit her at the station by the front desk and she can give you lots of useful travel advice. she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. it was only thanks to her that we were able to get our WeChat set up properly and have a smooth, enjoyable trip. thank you so much Miki! we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Chengdu.
