"We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated! Initially we were given a room that smelled bad, but when I spoke to the front desk they immediately offered to move us to another room. Very happy with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality and comfort of the room. Location is perfectly situated in Oxford."

"Nice hotel - menu in restaurant is a bit odd. Order pie with seasonal vegetables and it was half vegetables and half salad, bit of hot and cold!! Otherwise a nice stay - rooms are comfortable and staff friendly"
