"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the town center, La Petite Venise (Little Venice), and the shopping areas by walking. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else.
