"Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....

"The hotel is beautiful, but almost nobody speaks even basic English, which I found strange as it's a 4-star hotel. The pool area was a bit gloomy. There was no music, no nice vibe and you had to wear a swimming hat to enter the pool. Just the atmosphere of the pool area was a bit cold. "Hotel is dated. They should do renovations to modernize. It feels stuck in the 1990s. Things are worn and have a musky smell. Otherwise the hotel is fine. "

"I believe the hotel it’s quite new from its facilities. The room is clean, and they have hardwood floors instead of carpets which I prefer. Staff are friendly. The hotel is very close by a large mall, around 3 mins walk. Don’t expect much view from the room, it’s mainly surrounded by roads. Sound proof though, can’t hear the traffic at all.
