"Spa was closed by 19:00 and dosnot open in morning Breakfast was very good to exceptional Diner was good Hottel very butifull But main building has not whare you sleep Chargeing is grate just take a curd from reception . Local champagne was very good"

Wonderful dog friendly hotel in the middle of the city, with a lovely champagne bar attached, lots of great restaurants near by, and a beautiful little park a few min away. The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and spacious, and the service from the staff was excellent! "

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "

"The reception was poorly manned and very slow, we were seen but ignored at first. We were unable to get breakfast before 08:00, but we need to leave before that and they would not help us at all. Getting out of the grounds before then was very difficlut."
