"The property is beautiful. 3 amazing restaurants to dine at. The roof top restaurant offers an amazing view. The staff of the entire hotel and restaurants were amazing. "Close proximity to dining and shopping options with lots of options within walking distance. Very nice suites. The views the the room (10fl) were excellent. The customer service was fantastic. Parking options are very limited in the area. Valet parking was a little pricey ($38 CAD per night), but not really any other option. Could use some general renovations; for example: room AC system; bathroom shower head had a show leak; hallways are quite cramped. But no deal breakers! Very nice stay...

"This is my second review of the William Gray Hotel.
