"Very friendly helpful staff and clean well presented hotel. Easy walk to bars and restaurants as well as having a good choice of dining options in the hotel. A shame we didn’t know about parking being $25 a night until we had actually checked in and already parked. "

"Upon arrival when entering the studio apartment, it was stuffy and hot. The only way of cooling was to open the window which made the room very noisy with the constant passing traffic. Overall the apartment was perfect in every other way, I know Dunedin is rarely hot, but in an East facing room on a sunny day with no air conditioner this was a problem for me. Bed was comfortable, bathroom great, location perfect, staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again."
