"I really like that it was convenient to San Pedro Tlaquepaque. Able to walk easily to the church there & dining, shopping. I did not like the noise. Walls seem to thin. I constantly heard people talking outside my room. You can hear all the noise from the breakfast area & kitchen in the morning. It was hard to sleep because of the noise. But the hotel is super nice & modern style. Very clean & friendly personnel. I’d stay again just because of the location & all but I really hope they can fix...

"Loved the staff! Checked in late at night and was received and settled in immediately. My mother was traveling with me and forgot a pair of sunglasses in the room at checkout. The hotel was closed when we realized what happened but the following day we contacted them and they had saved the sunglasses for us. Can’t express how thankful I was for such great hospitality! I’ll book again"

"It was on a budget! Just bad service. 1st they gave me a room with bad plumbing in the restroom. Seemed like they were working on the restroom. So they gave me another room. First thing i see is a cockroach running around. Room seemed dusty. Towels in the restroom were stiff. I go out for the night. Go back to the hotel and they say oh we dont have water for the night it'll be fixed by tomorrow around 9am. I said oh well thats a bad review then, she said ill reimburse half of your money.
