"Great place for our short stay in Albania. Wish we had time to go into town for dinner. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but not the dining experience we had hoped for. The hotel offers lots of wellness opportunities. We took advantage of the massages by two excellent practitioners. The physio massage was just what I needed and my wife enjoyed a custom massage as well. Swimming pool area was overrun by children. Appears this is a popular weekend destination for families. "

"Very clean and a lovely aesthetic, staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel was also a very easy walking distance to the city centre. The spa was also amazing and the rooms where exceptional. The only thing I would say is more of an option for the breakfast buffet would be nice but there is a lot of nice cafes around."

"Fantastic hotel great stay. We loved it!! Staff very accommodating and managed to get us as a family into one room rather than having 2 separate rooms. Room was lovely and had all amenities in the room. The indoor pool was lovely. The water was very warm and the kids loved it. Lovely stay thank you! "

"Very central within easy walk of tourist sites. The room we had was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, buffet style. Only issue is no lift but looks to be an old building so that may be why."

"Simple, price was right. Too many weird classic pictures of women everywhere, but the rest of the stay was excellent. Nice room with balcony, good bed. Great location on the road out of town. Nice hills nearby. "

"We had a very pleasant stay . Staff were very polite and friendly. Hotel location was brilliant near shops, restaurants bars,atms etc . Easy walking distance to most of the sites. Car parking was just a minute or so walk. Breakfast was excellent. A great place to say we are grateful.🙏 "

"For some reason hotel received a booking for different room type than I had reserved through Expedia. Very helpful receptionist fixed that quickly. Hotel itself could use a little refreshment, but everything was clean and bed was comfortable, that's what really matters. Good location only a few minutes walk from the artificial lake, lots of shops and cafes around."
