"Great location for the square in the centre. Rooms were a great size for price. Check in made very easy and at check out they kindly printed off our boarding tickets as e-tickets not accepted at the airport."

"We were passing through, the third time we sleep at the hotel. Equally fantastic treatment, fast service, available staff. For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "Lovely hotel. My 9 year old said it should be a 5starhotel and not 4 star. We had a jacuzzi in our suite and she spent most of her time there. I enjoyed the massage session and also my time at the spa. The dinner ( half board option) was the only downside as there wasnt much to eat. it was either fiah , soup and salad or chicken, soup and salad. Breakfast was basic but nice too. Walking distance to Toptani mall and access to town center."

"Hotel was really nice and the room was huge with a side sea view. Location right on the beach and nice pools. Our biggest problem was the food, choice was not good and at all meal times the food was either just warm or cold!! This was brought to the attention of the hotel but nothing changed. I'm just glad we did not go all inclusive. It seems the warm food issue is more of an Albanian thing, as we are out most of the time and food was served the same way and always on a cold plate! "
