"This property is unbelievable! To stay in a castle is a fairytale and it didn’t disappoint. The location is quiet and tranquil, with lovely green pastures and a river running through the back grounds. Our suite was complete with a full kitchen, living space, and three bedrooms. My family unanimously voted this as our favorite stay during our week in Ireland! The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. "

"Everything went smoothly, we were there for two nights, Had our meal in the hotel bar which was very tasty, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. Breakfast was top class and they had more than I have ever seen at the buffet breakfast table than in any other Hotel I have been too. "Very beautiful castle hotel and property. It's on its own island and a free ferry brings you across the small river. Lovely. Food is fantastic. Extensive Breakfast is included (except my cappuccino). Staff is great. Romantic. There are large, modern "cottages" (like townhouses) for families or bigger groups. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and informative, which made check-in and my stay even better. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful B&B in a lovely area only a short driving distance from Waterford City. I had a large, comfortable room - everything was pristinely clean, and the shower was superb. Breakfast was a real treat, with an excellent variety on the menu, and tiny home made (warm!) scones accompanying whatever you chose. The guest lounge was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cutlery and delph, comfortable couches, and a 'drop and swap' area for books. I would highly recommend a stay in Samuel's Heritage, and will definitely return the next time I'm in Waterford."
