"Lovely hotel, staff fabulous. Pool is smaller but went in the morning and quiet, enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi. Would have liked to have information on times of breakfast and the pool, but easily got information when asked. Breakfast was lovely too. Well definitely re visit"

"We had afternoon tea at the property on check in day which was excellent with very good attentive service. My wife is in a wheelchair and the whole building, once in, is very easily accessible. She can walk so getting in and out of the building was easier than using the wheelchair, but there is an accessible entrance. "Very lovely Hotel. Staff were attentive and seemed to really care. My room was lovely. My only gripe is that I was cold in the Dining room and my room wasn’t very warm. It was a very cold weekend so hope that this is a little bit unusual. On the whole s lovely few days in a very lovely town. 👍"

"Had a great night's stay after visiting the Bird of Prey Centre at Duncombe Park for a friend's birthday. Room was really comfortable, fab bathroom.
