"This hotel listing is incorrect we booked a hotel we thought was in Whitby but this property has been closed for at least the last few months and apparently this hotel is actually in hawes 80miles from Whitby despite all info showing it is in Whitby so we turned up in whitby , no hotel and nowhere else to stay at an affordable price in the Easter holidays so had to go home Do not book this hotel until the issues sorted - check trip advisor we are not the only ones who have been affected "

"Really good location, spotless and a excellent breakfast each morning. We had a large, comfortable bedroom with an amazing view of the abbey (room 7). Tamzin is very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. We were given a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Will definitely go back - Anne and Steve."

One night stay in family room which was perfectly set out with kids feeling like they had their own room and we had a good space to ourselves aswell to relax while they were sleeping. "I found hotel nice clean no friles tv did not work no coffee or tea or milk but did have a ketle and two cups and no on sweat forcilites just a sink in room therr eas a barth and toilet just down hall which was Clean which was no problime to me I had a grate sleep in bed the next time I go to redcar i will be stopping at the same hotel just loved it thanks for having me there."

"Nice little B&B with great hosts. Stayed for two nights. Room has a fridge which is big enough for quite a few tins/bottles so that was good to have. Decent shower. Brekko was a great fry up. My gf couldn't get up in time for it as it ends at 9am, however the guys gladly provided me with some food for her which we put in a tupperware box for later.
