Didn't use the bar or restaurant. Walked out to Browns for dinner- few restaurants there- 5 minute walk..perfect. Wlaked to train station in the morning- less tan 10 minutes. Very handy"

"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. We stayed one night and didn't experience the leisure facilities or restaurant, but our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. "

However we were told by reception on arrival that we could use the spa facilities the following day, which we were looking forward to, we were then told we couldn’t use the facilities after 11am at checkout. This was extremely disappointing given that we booked the hotel for the reason of the spa facilities."
