"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning...

"The hotel is located in the port area of Ancona. It is a great spot to watch cruise ships and fairy boats come in and out of the port. There are many churches, which a few have a spectacular view. "The hotel itself and the staff are fabulous. The problem was with the air conditioner. It never got the room under 26 degrees celc. Which was extremely uncomfortable. I kept calling and going down to the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never worked so we left a day early and found another hotel. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was nice. Everything super clean. Rooms nice. Beds comfy. Big shower. Lots of shopping around. Just dont count on the air to be working. "

"Beautiful location, steps away from the sandy beach, close to town centre and all the attractions. Delicious breakfast. Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed during our stay and it was one of the reasons I booked the hotel and when booking I contacted the hotel to check if the swimming pool is open and they said yes it will be open during our stay. But it was closed. Very disappointing for the children. "
