"Had exceptional front desk service and service in the lounge. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Room service was professional and energetic. Clean and comfy room. The spa was disappointing. We had massages booked for over 2 weeks and were not told the direct billing set up for our responsibility. "Few days in Calgary for a car servicing. Very pleased with the “dog friendly” room and little extras for our dog. Often, we are given a neglected room and still pay full rate and extra cleaning. The valet car service was great! Nice restaurant with good food at a reasonable price. We will put this hotel on the top of our list "

"Their service was amazing . Clean , and dining options was great. Lobby people are friendly. The Parking space is not free even though I booked the hotel and I have to pay to different parking lot to park my rental car. Other than that I really recommend this Hotel ."
