The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

"First off, Cortona is BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING! Such an amazing old walled city to walk, photograph and enjoy! Second, this property is one of the most beautiful and ancient places I’ve ever stayed! The halls and rooms were stunning. Old stone and iron everywhere. We stayed in the top room with the terrace. Oh man, I just can’t tell you how beautiful and fun this stay was. "Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say Expedia didn’t allow them to do it. Expedia knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all."

"The staff were lovely (especially Angelo) and receptionists spoke English. Hotel very clean and light. Rooms decent size. Wi-Fi and TV reception useless! The restaurant was not open and apart from a couple of bars nowhere to eat nearby without walking into the City. About a 20 minute walk into Perugia. "
