"Easily one of my favorite resorts to go to and we don't even ski. The rooms are spacious and convenient with a kitchenette. The beds are unreal comfortable with large plush marshmallow like pillows. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is second to none with one of the best massages I've ever had and amenities everywhere you look. "I booked a room with a deck, all the photos showed that. There was no deck! Also the bathroom is basically in the bedroom, only closed off by a shutter. Tried to get help and a different room, with NO luck. Car didn’t fit in the parking! Terrible experience. There were almost no guests and they wouldn’t help us at all!"

"The room was fine… but don’t plan your vacation there anytime soon. They are remodeling the whole resort and have construction (drilling/sawing/hammering) from the hours of 10 AM-6 PM sooo unless you are planning on being out and about during those house then i guess you’d be fine. We wanted a relaxing stay in our room this weekend but we had to leave the hotel the entire day because the noise was soo loud. The entire resort is torn apart and there are construction workers everywhere. "
