"Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say Expedia didn’t allow them to do it. Expedia knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all."

"A lovely traditional Italian hotel. We booked an executive room and were a bit surprised not to have a view and to find that the bathroom had no shower but spa bath. The room was small and dark and traditionally furnished but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. Hotel staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. "

"I hit my head on the beam at the top of the stairs in our room. Ouch! Other than that everything else was great. The owner did try to talk us into taking a bus, instead of walking all the way, to Gubbio but the walk was much better than he'd described and so we were glad we walked the whole way."

"We booked this hotel because it is centrally located in Umbria. It is quite remote and we did quite a bit of driving to get places. The hotel consists of several buildings in a country setting. Hotel is in a valley which is beautiful but does mean that the hours of sunshine are reduced (steep hills surround). Onsite restaurant is pretty good: good, local foods and attentive service. Very clean. Decoration was fresh. Everything worked and was in great condition. Decor best described...

"Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it). Two suggestions: 1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am 2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times...
