"The owner and his wife are friendly people but this property is misrepresented. Photos were clearly taken a long time ago and the property lacks TLC. We arrived late evening, we were meant to stay one week however we left the next morning. "Had a fabulous time at this great property with fantastic views across to the mountains. Roberta was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was a delight to cool down in as we had very hot weather. We feel you would definitely need a car as the walk down to the village was very steep (even for us who like to do a lot of walking).That said there were lots of interesting and beautiful places to visit in the local area that we thoroughly enjoyed. "This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside.
