"After spending time trying to find a reasonably priced hotel we found this little gem. Some reviews were negative some positive. We were stopping over for a couple of days so just needed what it said on the tin!! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room basic, but very clean and air conditioned. Free soft drinks and water were added each morning, fresh towels and room cleaned even on a 2 night stay. Nice relaxing area and court yard for breakfast, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee...

"We chose to stay here for our stay in Catania instead of centre of city. Room with a balcony facing the ocean was a highlight of our stay which wouldn't have been possible in the city. Location was 15 minute walk to metro and 2 stops to city centre for 1 euro versus 15 euro cab ride. Front staff were very friendly, room was decent size, modern with many light options.
