We wanted to explore the downtown area within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel is so nice and comfortable and the artwork all around it was an easy decision to stay inside the hotel. "I already had a reservation, but called the morning of checking in and asked for an interior room away from as much noise as possible. Katie took care of me right away and when I got there that evening, I had a clean and quiet room. One of the best nights of sleep that I’ve ever had while traveling. There’s was even a hand written note with some a drink and some snacks to welcome me. Very nice touch!"

"Great room. Clean and comfortable. Parking garage was tight driving a large SUV. Great breakfast. We had an accessible room and the roll in shower needs a soft curb to keep water from flooding the whole bathroom floor. The water from the shower went everywhere except to the floor drain."
