"The hotel is located outside Siena but is very convenient with a bus stop 100 meters from the property that drops off in central Siena. The facility has a fantastic restaurant with full bar and an excellent breakfast service that was the best of our trip. We had car problems during our stay and the hotel was extremely helpful giving advice and providing flexibility with us staying an extra night."

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours.
