"A beautiful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. I was given a room upgrade which was very appreciated. The breakfast is great. You can walk to the hotel from the station. There is one bridge to cross that has a ramp on it for easy crossing with luggage. I didn’t use the water buses as I preferred to walk, but there is a stop right out the front of the hotel."

"The hotel was in a nice quiet area just outside of Venice and it had great transport links to the city centre. The breakfast was amazing and had a food variety and if your looking for an affordable and delicious dinner this hotel is also great in this aspect. "Very welcoming on arrival, clean and well presented hotel, sat out on the terrace and had a drink while our room was getting ready, lovely seating area out to watch the gondolas go by! Room was clean but few little things, coat hook was missing from behind the door, screw still in wall… knob missing from one of wardrobe doors, few other little niggles but nothing that would stop me from recommending or going back to the hotel. Complementary breakfast was outstanding every day as was the service...

"Decent breakfast, nice terrace overlooking part of the city, spacious room. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the cooking to operate, so the room was overheating (26c); we opened the windows to cool the room at night. The hotel arranged for a private water taxi pickup from the train station with a drop off directly at the hotel which was a fun way to arrive!"
