"What an amazing find up so high up in the mountains. Huge room with great views of the church and mountains. The set 3 course evening meal with water and a bottle of wine for 2 was great value at €30 each."

"The Hotel Maria Manuela is great; nice rooms, and the Spa is excellent. Located at Benia de Onis, is a great option off the beaten path, surrounded by nature; the food at the restaurants across the Hotel is amazing. Do not leave without visiting the store next door to the hotel where they sell local cheese, iberico ham, bread and of course Cider. "

"Accueil inexistant. Cest le gros probleme de cet hotel. Tout se passe sur internet. Beaucoup de bruit le soir avec les restaurants, jusqu'à tres tard dans la nuit. Je n'ai pas vu une seule fois un responble de l'hôtel. Dommage."

"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."

El entorno es inmejorable : Naturaleza, cerca del rio… en un pueblo con algún bar (a 5 min del alojamiento ), tienda de ultramarinos y panadería- quesería pegando a la casa. La cocina con menaje super completo( tostador, batidora, cafetera nespreso) y con electrodomésticos funcionales (microondas,horno y lavavajillas). "The place had a nice view of the mountains, the room was large, the location was in the middle of nowhere (kind of the point) but the hotel restaurant (one of four in the whole town) was closed 2/3 nights we were there. Also, the spa apparently “is only open on Saturdays”. We went in September and the weather was still warm so who knows if they open at all in the off season. Other than that the pool was nice and the staff was friendly enough. We just wish we could have planned better dining....
