"We stayed here with friends for 4 nights. The front desk staff was amazing. Every single one of them were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond everyday. The location of the hotel and the rooms were great. But I can’t say enough about the staff, they were superior. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a nice boutique hotel with a good breakfast. There is a grocery store next door and many restaurant choices to walk to. I would also recommend taking day tours and not renting a car in the island. "

"We had a lovely stay at Senhora da Rosa. The staff were lovely and helpful and the facilities were great. The pool and spa area was really nice; we had a lot of it to ourselves as most people are out exploring the island. Staying in Ponta Delgada was a great way to explore the island. It was a nice peaceful area although quite a long walk which is just something to bear in mind as we did find it better to eat out during the day and just have something from the bar menu on an evening as it was nice and chilled and had a great selection of cocktails."
