"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

"I filtered the selection to rooms with bath tubs. I even put it in the remarks section before check in. I only found out that there's no bath tub upon entering the room. The room also reeked of bleach. Bath shampoo at gel containers won't dispense properly. Shower will only work if full pressure. "

Am Tage der Ankunft wurde die Übergabe des Schlüssels und die Einweisung gegeben. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, und Wasserkocher. Das Bad ist mit Dusche(Warmwasser) ausgestattet. Es gibt im Wohnbereich einen Esstisch für 6 Personen und eine Couch. Auch einen Fernseher bietet die...
