"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "

"This is a really relaxing place to stay. Everything is done to a high standard - the beds are really comfortable, the towels soft, the entire property spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and we loved relaxing by the pool or outside the room or the terrace. The staff weee very friendly. My only recommendation would be to add freshly squeezed orange juice to the breakfast menu. I recommend staying here."

"Excellent villa in a lovely small resort with friendly, professional staff and great amenities. Great air con and good living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Pool was lovely. Very convenient location for marina and beach. One point: could not contact resort via hotels.com (email or phone) but once I googled and found a direct email address the resort contacted me regularly by WhatsApp."

"The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful. "

"This is a lower category hotel in the Melia chain, near 3* not the 4* and above we have stayed in previously and expected. The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. General areas and pools were good amenities but the standard of cleanliness everywhere was low. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, salad bar, breakfast cereals and cold food was decent. Fresh cooked food (in front of you) was good but food in self-serve areas was often cold and not...

"The staff were really lovely and fun. The nightly shows were worth attending! The breakfast buffet was basic but still reliable. The dinner buffet was disappointing. Overall we a had a nice time - with the Beach only being a 5 minute stroll away."

There are better choices

"This is a lower category hotel in the Melia chain, near 3* not the 4* and above we have stayed in previously and expected. The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. General areas and pools were good amenities but the standard of cleanliness everywhere was low. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant, salad bar, breakfast cereals and cold food was decent. Fresh cooked food (in front of you) was good but food in self-serve areas was often cold and not tasty. Wine was dispensed from a tap (so not quality (!) while spirits at the bar were premium brands"
