"Nice rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet is good. I didn’t use other services such as the spa or pool. Disappointed by the service. It was hit or miss depending on the person. **The biggest annoyance for a hotel of this caliber is having to have someone “inspect” the room after checkout. That’s expected in a small, independent hotel but not in a global chain and the “best” hotel in Cajamarca. "
