"The hotel has so much potential but unfortunately let down on a couple of key areas. Firstly it’s looking tired but even some basic housekeeping would have tidied a lot of this up (broken tiles, lick of paint etc). Main gripe though was the food and the price of it. "The hotel roomed seemed spacious and clean. The shower ran out of hot water first thing in the morning. I had to take a cold shower at 7 in the morning because the warm water just went away and I had the handle turned all the way to hot. Not a great experience. And my husband was charged $10 for a small bowl of cereal and a coffee which is steep. "

"Sadly we were unable to enjoy the break as much as we would have liked. Absolutely nothing to do with the resort. Quite the opposite! I unfortunately took unwell. Peter, the First Aider could not have been more attentive and dialled 999. He stayed with me until the Paramedics arrived. I was Blue lighted back down to Dunoon and kept in overnight.
