"Nice, big and quiet room. Friendly staff with lots of good recommendations for where to eat. Our bathroom sink faucet was faulty and they had a small sign in Spanish that mentioned that but we didn’t see our thought anything of it when we checked in. We woke up in the middle of the night and there was water all over the bathroom floor because of the leak from the faucet that was dripping on the counter. I hope they fix it instead of placing a note for the hotel guests to watch out for it."

"Excellent location, service and accommodations. The breakfast was nice. This was my second time staying at this property, and I enjoy their service and the continuity of staff. The hotel is an old Castle that has been modernized for the use of a hotel, and it is simply wonderful, which adds to the experience. "This is a very nice appartement hotel, located at the heart of Plaza Mayor. A must for Game of Thrones and House of Dragons fans. The Red Keep filming locations can be easily found by walking around the city. The different restaurants will offer great tapas, local beer and grilled meats. Prices can fit all budget. "We really enjoyed the historic aspect of the hotel and the way it has been modernized for comfort, while preserving the historic building. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and both meals were wonderful. We particularly appreciated the excellent customer service by Rocio in the bar/restaurant and Guadeloupe at the front desk. They both were very friendly and helpful. "
