Bit disappointed that the restaurant was not available on either night of our stay plus the easter roast was cancelled due to demand, that shouldn't be the case. Pool availability was fine, we had a great couple of days playing and swimming in the pool. Even took time iut in the jacuzzi and steam room Overall, a v good weekend"

"Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained however the stars of the show are definitely the staff, every single one is friendly and can’t do enough for you. Ladies at check in = wonderful, waitress/waiter in the restaurant =excellent, chef on the evening = fabulous, staff at breakfast = great, and chef at breakfast = awesome. Rooms very clean so clearly the house keeping staff are also brilliant. Very well managed, congratulations to everyone on a fabulous hotel."

"As check in wasn't until 4.00pm we wanted to explore Stratford but did not want to park and leave our suitcases on view. We rang to see if we could leave our luggage at the hotel. We spoke to a very nice receptionist who said that would not be a problem. When we went to leave the suitcases the receptionist realised I used a walking frame, she offered to put us in a room that catered for disabled people. We arrived at the hotel after 4.00pm and was greeted by the same receptionist and taken...

"The hotel was nice great facilities but the bathroom wasn’t the best dirty yellow film round the taps and in between the tiles the grout was dirty also "

"Travelling solo, arrived late and left early. Gym is well equiped, surrounding look great and friendly staff. Didn't use the restrauarant or have any breakfast. Room was reasonable but very warm with no way to cool down other than open a window although a fan was provided. Internet worked well. On the whole a good stay would use again."

"I’ve stayed here many times so I was unhappy that changed in my plans was not accommodated on request. Poor customer service on Hilton’s behalf - I had requested to change my date and was declined. That said, the room was clean and the breakfast service and offer much improved from previous stays. Rooms are a little dated and never like a shower with a curtain but for the price and convenience you can’t grumble. Does feel like an uninvested Hilton though"
