"Where to start first you can't park near the building. You have to park and get shuttled in a van with other people to building. Half the lights and light switches didn't work. There was a broken lamp in the master room and a picture broke off the wall and was laying on the couch. The bedrooms were crammed full of furniture where you couldn't walk around the bed or hardly move. The master bedroom had a door to the neighboring unit so you can hear their conversations.
