"I was genuinely surprised when I arrived as the place is beautiful and far exceeded expectations. Other than the plug not working in the bath, everything was fantastic. The staff were great and I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Will definitely be using the Cave Castle Hotel when I'm in the area in future!"

"Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things."

"After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"
