"Great all round for our stay in autumn. We had a King Lake view room which was really spacious and had fabulous views of the lake. The bathroom was large and well equipped but is a bit dated. Undercover parking close by was handy. Staff were all lovely and check-in was nice and quick. Handy location."

Also understood per ad there was parking on site but had to park in public parking some distance away, difficult when I was very sore from hiking. Staff were very friendly and appreciatef room upgrade ."

Fold out bed very uncomfortable and no electric blanket on this one either so very cold child 😠 . The fire was only real source of heat in a snowy mountains cottage in winter. Arrived late no lights lefts on or heating . Wood left for the fire was wet and owners Difficult to contact due to phone reception and they run a no contact check in . I like rustic but this...

"We stayed there last year when the kids gave us a couple of nights. Loved it so much we came back again this year for another treat (this time we paid for ourselves!). We love the lake and the walks along the river. "

"This is a beautiful little chalet to stay in. Very clean, easy check in, nice and quiet. We were greeted by a few joeys when we arrived which was lovely to see. The heated floor is awesome especially coming from the snows. Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends."

"Wow what a find and the best location. The cabins are modern and so large. You feel like you’re living in the gumtrees. It’s so quiet and you can wander the property and it’s also located next door to the famous schnapps distillery if you wanted a long lunch or even a wine on the lawn. A short drive to everything in jindy and 20 mins from thredbo. Would stay again for sure. "
