"Good and affordable option for a one night stay. The room had four beds but only two electric points for four occupants to use. Squeaky door to room unfortunately disturbed sleeping guests - recommend ear plugs and sleeping mask. Beds were comfortable. "

"They say you get what you pay for, but that's not the case if you book the Snowy Mountains Hostel. The website advertises a public bar, bistro, and pool table, but none of those were available during our stay. They say there's an indoor pool but we couldn't find it. We would have asked reception where the pool was, but it wasn't manned, at all (the website said it would be). There was a sign at reception that said "call this number if there's no-one at reception" but no-one answered (well...

"Super quiet. Owner was a good communicator. Well equipped. Beds are comfy. Linens good quality. Kitchen fully equipped. Very happy with the place and good value. It does need a bit of work as a few items were not working. For example garage door broken so we had to park outside. Having a garage was one reason we picked it. Blinds didn’t work, cupboard doors loose, sink plugs sticking, shower rose flopping. Just needs some maintenance. When that is done will be perfect."
