"I had reserved two rooms. Both double queen beds. Called because I wanted to reassure these were near each other. Told no but I could change out one double queen doom for a king and they would be directly across from each other. Well that ended up not being the case. Down the hall and around a corner. Disappointed because I would have kept the original reservations because the king room is quite small in comparison but was willing to switch with rooms directly across. And then they were not....
