"Staff very friendly, courteous, pleasant and professional. Comfortable room and bed, shower very good. Excellent dining options, well prepared, well served, reasonably priced and very tasty. Quiet surroundings, easy access. Door to bathroom impossible to close: out of alignment. Toilet seat needs securing properly. No chain on bath plug making it awkward to remove plug and empty water out after use. These can easily be remedied. Overall impression: - Very impressed. Will definitely stay again. "Perfect for our long trip, close to M6 junction. We arrived later but had a great nights sleep and welcomed to a great breakfast by the morning staff. Breakfast was hot and freshly made."
