"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc."

I arrived in Berlin on a delayed flight out of Madrid and left the car rental after midnight in Berlin. I arrived in Warnemunde at 2:30 in the morning, where there was staff able to open the door and check me in. The room was adequate with plenty of electric outlets to charge up my gear. Ein Zimmer wirkte sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Das andere Zimmer eher wie ein Krankenhaus Zimmer mit viel weniger Lampen, Bilder und Deko....
