"Friendly service"

"Second time staying here and it was just as good the second time. Hotel was clean and welcoming and had a nice to feel to it. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had the breakfast buffet both mornings which we enjoyed and a variety of food everyone and for various dietary requirements. Hotel is close to the train station and town centre which useful. Will definitely be recomending and staying again "

In the hotel info it mentions a shuttle to the airport, we were directed to a touchscreen station by the receptionist that allowed us to book an Uber/Taxi that would have cost us 27 pounds to travel less than a mile, the doorman told us that there is a bus that goes to Terminals 2 and 3 that passes by the...

"We stayed for two nights at the end of December. Executive double room. The room was spacious and clean.the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the room was not warm enough and no manners of fiddling with the thermostat would solve it. "

"First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. It is so central to everything you need and beautifully situated on the water. The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone."

"I really like Staybridge Suites, 2nd time I stayed. I did have a couple of issues, I was put into an accessible room(not requested) it was just a bit difficult having shower because there is a fitted seating area which makes it a bit difficult to stand under shower. The room was quite a distance from the lifts down a carpeted hallway which would be a bit difficult if in a wheelchair as well as microwave being high(Im mentioning this because it is an accessible room).
