"The property was clean, but there was no salt & pepper, only 1 cloth to wash dishes, only one cloth to dry dishes but it was a hand towel, no laundry soap (so we bought some and left it there), terrible quality paper towels and toilet paper, which we ran out of because we used it as Kleenex because there wasn't any Kleenex. The non-stick pans were old and beat up, and when they are in that state, they are actually harmful. The bed and pillows are too soft - that's not our style but it may suit...

We had some issues by the cleaning crew of not attending to some sheets etc. but the response from the property managers was prompt and great. Areas of improvement : water pressure in bathrooms and better fixtures that need updating. Pergola over table tennis table was unsteady and could fall and injure future guests. Tiles in primary bath need replacement as they have gaps and grout was exposed in corners etc."
