The only frustrating part was the water from shower area will go all over the bathroom floor and we had to use towels to keep it dry. The view from our room was great and balcony was a great little place we spent a lot of time will definitely consider coming back. "

"I love the design of the QT hotels, they are so much more inviting because they are aesthetically pleasing. The staff are super nice and helpful as well. They are very on top of the service. Parking is super easy, we were able to get parking last minute. The beds were so comfortable too! "

"The property was beautifully furnished and you felt as though you were in a high end hotel. Having the club/bar across the car park was very convenient and the breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced for the amount you could eat! The staff were very welcoming and I would recommend thismplace to any traveller."

"We stayed 2 nights (mon-tu) in 109, lux room. Window with sideways view into courtyard. Those nights very quiet Very comfortable bed, proper good quality hotel bedlinens/towels. Coffee, tea etc and daily house keeping. Everything was in top notch condition and bathroom, besides a good lay out and great shower recess superclean. Impressed. Will be our ho to hotel from now on when in Newcastle. Very close to tramline, restaurants, centre, waterfront.... all walkable. Restaurant Napoli and cafe...

"Need a lot of Maintenace this is the third time we stayed here, and the GYM is not working shut down the 2nd lift not working the fly screen door to our outdoor are very hard to open the Curtin had big marks on them the cleaner should have picked this up, and last the stove it takes almost half hour just to cook anything not hot enough over all was ok but will think twice for next time "
