"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up!
