"When we arrived check in was smooth - we got to our room to find a King size bed rather than the twins I had requested. This was a problem as I was travelling with my 14 yr old, 6ft son. The response I got when I called was initially to blame the fact I had booked through a third party site. Had I got a response to my request? Was I prepared to pay for an upgrade? "As it was Xmas I presume the staff were on leave and so the rubbish etc weren’t emptied and there wasn’t anything like bins available so we could dispose of them I guess it’s why our room was invaded with ants luckily it was only in the kitchen walls and floor and kitchen top while there was tea coffee available no milk offered and supply was only for one day else beds were comfy slept soundly and clean facilities "
