"Overall, would stay here again. Overall there was an issue at check in but that was resolved quickly. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was mediocre. Parking was easy at the garage right in front of the lobby"

"It was really good, there was a school trip going on at the time of my stay, and the hostess was kind enough to put me in a room and floor where the teenagers were not going to be, so I could have rest and quiet during my stay, I really appreciate that, that’s customer service and effort, going above and beyond! "The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The only issue was the front desk woman, when I first checked in. She was kind of cold. She was asking too many questions, although I already paid for reservations. "

"We enjoy staying at the Beechwood. The staff and the accommodations are excellent. We were disappointed in a few things: the quality of the toilet tissue and facial tissue was poor, and even more so, the WiFi would not connect to certain webpages. In fact, it wouldn’t update the time zone on my iPad even after shutting it off and restarting it. On a positive note, the towels were very soft. "

"I went here for a weekend alone to get some rest & relaxation. The room I had was huge & unique- not like your normal hotel rooms. I had an issue w/ my first room, as the temp. in the room was a HOT 87degrees,& the air control in the room didnt work. The lady at the front desk did a great job & was able to assist me to new room right away, was perfect. Overall the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I am picky on that.The 4 pillows on my king were all very hard & large- as a belly sleeper...
