"I had booked a room for a weekend for a family member to enjoy their birthday and he was blown away by the experience/guest experience. The space is beautiful and looks like paradise, the food is excellent, very clean space including the bathrooms and the highlight of it all was the friendly staff. They were extremely helpful and kind providing many things to do while visiting. Would definitely recommend for anyone passing by for a stay! "

Staff is very friendly but I think they're not very expert in running an accommodation as a business, so it was a lot of hit and miss. "We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. "
